ConstrX LLC SMS program

The program provides operational project messages to consenting clients, sales representatives, and crews, including material deliveries, crew assignments, installation schedules, schedule changes, and related support.

Voluntary participation

Participation requires separate, voluntary express consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reading or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you or authorize text messages.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Arrange an alternative communication method for necessary project updates.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Do not rely on this program for emergencies.
