About this policy

This policy describes information used for the ConstrX LLC operational SMS messaging program for roofing and construction project coordination.

Information and use

Messaging information includes names, mobile numbers, project and scheduling details, correspondence, and records of consent and opt-out requests. It is used to coordinate projects, provide support, deliver messages to consenting participants, and honor communication preferences.

Mobile information and consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing.

Necessary messaging delivery providers and carriers may process information solely to operate and deliver the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Safeguards and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect messaging information. No system guarantees absolute security. Records are retained as reasonably necessary to operate the service, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations.
